CommStudy 2.2

CommStudy is an app designed to assist users in preparing for the written portion of the FCC Commercial License exam. The app offers free sample Elements, each comprising 20% of the questions found in the full Element. Users can opt to purchase the complete Element through an in-app purchase.

All seven elements, including 1, 3, 6, 7, 7R, 8, and 9, are available within the app. FCC Commercial License exams feature questions selected from a predefined pool. By utilizing this application before their exam date, individuals can familiarize themselves with and practice a wide range of potential questions. Furthermore, users can evaluate their knowledge through practice exams.

Some questions will prompt users to refer to associated Figures. On the iPad, these visual aids appear beneath the questions, offering zoom and pan functionalities on iPhones and iPod touches.

Upon completing an initial practice exam, users can view their proficiency per question subelement/topic across all completed practice exams on the question pool screen. This feature serves as a tool to identify areas requiring further attention.

During practice tests, questions will not be repeated within a specific subelement/topic until all have been utilized. The practice tests align with the requirements of the official exams, encompassing the appropriate number of questions from each section of the corresponding question pool.

Users have the flexibility to receive immediate feedback on correct and incorrect answers during a practice test or opt to review questions post-completion in the Test History section.

The app offers additional features such as Portrait and Landscape support on iPad, swipe gestures for seamless navigation between questions, and the ability to select answers with a simple tap. Users can also utilize buttons to skip to the next/previous incorrect answer in test history, customize Test Settings, enable randomization of test answers, and activate auto-advancement during tests.
